麻婆豆腐虾

麻婆豆腐虾<br><img src="http://www.meishichina.com/Eat/UploadFiles1017/200809/2008092210174882.jpg" /><br>材料:豆腐200克、大虾200克、郫县豆瓣45克、花椒粉5克、红辣椒粉5克、料酒5克、盐少许、生抽5克、水淀粉15克、鲜汤100克、干红辣椒少许。<br><img src="http://www.meishichina.com/Eat/UploadFiles1017/200809/2008092210181444.jpg" /><br>做法:<br>1、豆腐切成1.5厘米见方的小块,放入开水中,加入少许盐浸泡10分钟。<br>2、大虾挑去虾线(用牙签从虾身的倒数第一节与倒数第二节中间穿过,然后轻轻挑出虾线就可以了),剪去虾足,加少许盐,料酒,水淀粉拌匀,放入八九成热的油锅中滑熟,捞出沥油备用。<br><img src="http://www.meishichina.com/Eat/UploadFiles1017/200809/2008092210184544.jpg" /><br>3、豆腐和虾都处理好后就可以做了,锅置火上,留少许底油,加入豆瓣炒香,再加入红辣椒粉,干红辣椒炒香,加入适量鲜汤,再加入豆腐,大虾,加料酒,生抽调味,用中火烧约1分半钟,用水淀粉勾薄芡,装入碗中,最后在表面上撒上花椒粉就可以了。<br><img src="http://www.meishichina.com/Eat/UploadFiles1017/200809/2008092210185688.jpg" /><br><img src="http://www.meishichina.com/Eat/UploadFiles1017/200809/2008092210191584.jpg" /><br><span style="color:#ff0000"></span><br><span style="color:#ff0000"><img src="http://www.meishichina.com/Eat/UploadFiles1017/200809/2008092210192465.jpg" /></span><br><span style="color:#ff0000"></span><br><span style="color:#ff0000">和麻婆豆腐的做法其实差不多,最大的区别就是牛肉末变成了大虾~</span><a id=[[]][[]]></a>
