鲑鱼鸡丝蛋包饭<br>一、原料：鲑鱼20克，鸡肉20克，大葱10克，白米饭100克，鸡蛋2个，沙拉油、盐、胡椒、番茄酱少许<br>二、制作：<br>1、将鲑鱼切丁，鸡肉切丝，在热水中煮烫后捞起。<br>2、将葱花、1个鸡蛋、放入油锅中爆香，再加入鲑鱼丁，鸡肉丝，米饭，胡椒和盐，炒匀即可。<br>3、将另一个鸡蛋在小碗里打匀之后，均匀倒入锅中，煎成蛋皮。<br>4、用蛋皮把饭包起，洒上些许番茄酱。<br>三、特点：如果人体缺乏维生素B2，容易出现口腔发炎，食欲不振，体力衰退等症状，若是每天能够进食400克的鲑鱼，或是200克的鸡蛋，身体所需的维生素B2即可得到补充。<a id=[[]][[]]></a>
