美味香菇汤

美味香菇汤<br>新鲜香菇一斤、新鲜肉一斤、小葱几根 <br>香菇洗干净，绝对要洗干净。具体的做法就是用剪刀把蒂子剪去，只留下干净的一截香菇茎和香菇盖就行了。注意，香菇的表面要仔细摸一遍，有砂砾感觉就要弄掉，否则吃起来就遭殃了。 <br>肉切块切丁切片随意，怎么样，够省事了吧？不过可千万还是要切开啊：P用盐和味精拌匀一下，不要放颜色太深的调料比如老抽比如某些牌子的生抽。 <br>找个大碗把香菇放进去，稍微压一下，放平整了就好。然后把肉盖在香菇上。高压锅准备好，把碗放进高压锅，盖上盖子开始蒸，蒸个10分钟左右就好了。 <br>出锅的时候尝尝，如果味道足够就好了，味道不够再稍微加点调料进去，比如盐和味精。其实味精基本是不用的，因为香菇本身就足够鲜美了。然后洒上葱花，开吃！<a id=[[]][[]]></a>
