清蒸凤尾菇

清蒸凤尾菇<br>一、原料：鲜凤尾菇500克，精盐3克，味精2克，鸡汤适量。<br>二、制作：<br>1、将凤尾菇去杂洗净，用手沿菌褶撕开，使菌褶向上，平入在汤盘内。在撕凤尾菇之前，最好下入沸水中烫一下，以起到杀菌消毒作用。<br>2、在盛凤尾菇的羊盘内菌菇上，加入精盐、味精、香油、鸡汤，置笼内清蒸，蒸熟后取出即成。<br>三、特点：清淡有咸香味。<br>    凤尾菇含有较多的蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等物质，几乎没有脂肪，而且具有补中益气、降血脂降血压、降胆固醇效果，很适用于肥胖病、高血压、高血脂的儿童食用。<a id=[[]][[]]></a>
