凤凰紫菜卷

【原料】 <br>　　(1)猪绞肉 150公克虾仁 150公克荸荠 3个(2)蛋 2个(3)方形海苔 2片 (1)盐 1/2小匙糖 1小匙鲜鸡粉 1/2小匙太白粉 1小匙胡椒粉 1小匙麻油 1小匙(2)盐 1/3小匙糖 1小匙鲜鸡粉 1/3小匙麻油 1小匙水 40㏄太白粉 1大匙<br>　　【做法】 <br>　　(1)将材料(1)一起剁碎，再加入调味料(1)拌匀，即为馅料备用。<br>　　(2)将蛋打散，加入调味料(2)调成蛋汁，起油锅，将蛋汁煎成薄蛋皮，取出后对切成2张半圆形蛋皮备用。<br>　　(3)将蛋皮摊平，每张上面铺上一张海苔，然后撒上少许太白粉，再铺上一层馅料后，卷成扎实的长条形，依序做好2份后，一起放在已经抹了油的盘中，放入蒸恢姓?2分钟。<br>　　(4)取出待凉后，每卷切成6片，排盘后即可上桌食用。<br><a id=[[]][[]]></a>
